Learn more at Overview of Job Function Verints Sr. Product Security Architect im proves our information security posture by raising security awareness, providing security intelligence and building tools that support an environment of security and privacy. Working across engineering departments, this role prioritizes information security, establishes trust in our data security and helps shape the way we manage the protection of our customers and our ever-growing data environment. Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: Drive product security enhancements and standardization across multiple business units, CSPs and technologies Drive DevSecOps standardization and ensuring a secure SDLC from development to production Function as a deeply technical security architecture and design resource that earns the trust of engineering partners and executives. Develop high-quality technical content such as automation tools, reference architectures, and technical documentation to help engineers deliver secure solutions. Implementing security improvements by assessing the current products, evaluating trends and anticipating future enhancements/requirements. Analyze complex architectures and code to identify security gaps and develop recommendations Advise organizations on selection and implementation of security tools and technologies (security scanning/testing, etc.) appropriate to their existing architecture/environment Work with engineers and other project team members to implement proposed designs and solutions Key contributor for the creation and ongoing management of our security related policy and procedure documentation Key contributor to maintaining the Verint PCI DSS and SOCII Type II Accreditations and working across our internal teams to ensure that were following our policies, procedures and maintaining our evidence-based history Minimum Requirements: 10 years of experience with technical architecture, cybersecurity, and information technology 5 years of experience with Cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP3 years experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes application security, data security, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security in IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments 3 years experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) 3 years experience with DevSecOps tooling and concepts in CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, IAST) 3 years experience embedding DevSecOps principles into Agile development teams 3 years experience with container orchestration, automation, and security configuration management 3 years experience in working with cloud security and governance tools and server virtualization technologies 3 years development ex perience in a scripting language such as Python or Powershell General knowledge and understanding of in practice security procedures and industry best practices Excellent problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission critical facilities environment Preferred Requirements Experience in working with cloud security and governance tools Experience developing, implementing and / or supporting Verint customer engagement products General design and implementation of security related systems within a cloud based hosted environment. Experience working and developing with Jenkins Experience developing in C and/or Java Experience with Hashicorp Terraform (IaaC) Experience with development & deployment of Kubernetes / Docker Experience in automating security practices (SOAR) LI-TS1
