That''s why we need you, a Lesson Learned Staff Officer who can analyze every aspect of your customer''s operations and provide high-quality mission support. As a Lessons Learned Staff Officer, you will primarily be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring that the task guidance is clear, communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metrics. You will also be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem solving will enable the mission''s success. You''ll use discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow teammates to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. You will take the initiative to highlight areas for improvement and recommend possible solutions. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you''ll work on a path forward. Join us as we help our country''s national security. Empower change with us. You Have: * 10+ years of experience with Intelligence Community or military staff* Experience with leading or contributing to After Action Reviews or Lessons Learned processes* Experience with writing or revising Standard Operating Procedures* Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments* Ability to communicate effectively with flag-officers or SES equivalents * Active TS / SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam * Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization* Possession of excellent interpersonal skills* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing* TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS / SCI clearance is required.
