Set up plates for Banquets, Garde Manger and Bake shop per spec and to ensure plates are in the hot box for banquets functions. Organize the main silver room periodically and ensure the store room inside AZK is organized and all silver trays stacked neatly along with the ceramic platters. All china plates must be in their correct cart and stacked properly according to sizes.Ensure banquet kitchens have the requisite amounts of the above to properly open their shifts and that there is sufficient Queen Marys and racks in which to place dirty dishes, silver, pots, and glassware. Queen Marys with dirty ware to be pulled to the dish room and a clean empty Queen returned back to the function.Operate dishwashing machine, place clean dishes, silver, and glassware in assigned storage location. Sort silverware in a timely manner and wash glassware and placed them according to sizes and style. Remove soiled wares from the kitchen line and to transport to the dishwashing area. Sweep and mop banquet kitchen floors, remove trash, cardboard and assist the dishwashers.Ensure the Stewards/temporary workers are performing their duties per SOP and to recorded working hours properly on the time sheet for the temporary workers.Also remind the Stewards in washing the dish machine every 2 hoursIn the event of a call off from a staff member, must be able to make decisions to call someone in or to re-assign the team to ensure all tasks are completed.Ensure all silver/copper service ware being used are polished and clean.Make sure that all equipment is in proper working order before being used for banquetsFunctions. Also cleaned, tested and stored after the function.Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly manner.Sweep and mop floors; wash dishes, worktable, walls, vent hoods.Empty trash and other duties as required.Must have flexible and open availabilityPrevious stewarding experienceCompany Name: Pyramid Hotel Group Opening ID: 2022-17435 External Company URL: Street: 300 East Wigwam Boulevard
