Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established, vibrant practice at PMG North Portland. Youll join a collaborative team of caregivers focused on providing team-based, high-value care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, and medically complex patient population. In this role, you will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care, including inbox management. As part of an integrative, patient-centered care model youll work with behaviorists, pharmacists, case manager, and nursing staff to provide the best coordinated care to patients and families in North Portland.Full-time at 1.0 FTE4 or 4.5 days/week schedule (M-F)Minimum of 2-years post-graduate experience within a primary care practice requiredResponsible for direct patient care and support of inbox management and indirect careIdeal candidate will have an interest in caring for people of all ages including pediatricsGuaranteed salary, generous quality incentive, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistanceWhere Youll WorkProvidence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, with more than 90 clinics across the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington.
