Service Technician - Pool

Service Technician Job Overview: The Service Technician position performs daily pool operations for customer accounts, completes exterior pool repairs, and installs, maintains and troubleshoots pool exterior and pump room equipment (e.g. ADA lifts, lights, chemical controllers and feeders, filters, etc.) for customers. Responsibilities Perform daily pool operations which includes, testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting pool chlorination, cleaning and backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, cleaning tiles, and other similar activities Ensure proper customer service is being delivered Complete pool exterior repairs such as touching up deck paint and repairing expansion joints, plaster cracks, broken tile, broken coping, and concreate voids Set equipment anchors Perform plumbing tasks and installing plumbing implements Perform pump room equipment installations Perform preventative maintenance on customers pump room equipment Troubleshoot, repair and replace pump room equipment Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial aquatic pump room equipment Complete on-site system evaluations through tests and measurements Perform basic electrical issues Participate in administrative tasks such as complete field reports, participate in safety meetings, ordering project materials and keeping inventory of vehicle and warehouse tools and equipment Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management Pass a criminal background check Hold a valid driver''s license with a clean driving record Be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (e.g. work in various weather conditions, be able to lift up to 80 pounds and move, on a dolly, up to 140 lbs Ability to travel PI188040281
