The Clubs of Kingwood (Kingwood Country Club & Deerwood Club) established in 1974 is recognized as one of the worlds largest private country clubs with 90 holes of golf amongst many other world-class amenities including a waterpark, 32,000 sq. ft. fitness center, multiple private event venues, 3 driving ranges and more.Our Members continue to enjoy their Club as a home away from home and as a place where we can build relationships and enrich lives.House Maintenance TechnicianThe House Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the clubhouses in excellent condition through regular maintenance and expedient repair.Maintain an aesthetically desirable and safe club environment, which meets the expectations the GM, Club Manager, Department Heads and Club Members.ResponsibilitiesPerform facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, special projects, and other related areasJob Requirements3 years in the general maintenance fieldMust be able to multi-task and complete tasks/projects in an efficient and timely mannerBasic working knowledge of Excel and work order systemsMust be able to work any day of the week based upon club needs and activityHigh School Diploma RequiredCertifications in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing a plusIndoor and outdoor environmentRequired qualifications:18 years or olderLegally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred qualifications:At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
