Use this as a benchmarkthan focusing on User Experience design, I would like this candidate to be a Senior "Product and Service Designer".This person will use a combination of the following on a day to day.User Experience / Design Thinking / House of Quality (aka quality function deployment) research methodology (UX/DT/QFD)Human-centered digital user interfaces graphic design (UX/HF)Human Factors analysis and ergonomic design (HF)2D and 3D/CAD concept design, modeling, animation, and prototyping / industrial design (ID)Knowledge of emerging technologies and newest trends in mobile, web, embedded, and AR/VR interface designKnowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), voice of customer (VOC), and UX Analytics (UXA)Must be able to facilitate co-creation sessions with engineers, product managers, and key opinion leadersMust be able conduct in-depth interviews and ethnographic (on-location) research with customersMust be able to convert qualitative and quantitative insights into measurable user needs statements.Must be able to present research findings and conduct design review sessions with product development team. - provided by Dice
