Our proprietary, research-based High Reach learning curriculum is individualized to every age, with activities that combine learning and fun to create happy, curious kids.What We OfferWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that would be available to you as a valued petitive pay, including incentive opportunities for many positionsPaid Time Off and Company holiday payMedical /Dental /Vision insurance plans401(k) Retirement savings plan with company matching contributionsTraining and career development opportunitiesWith Coordinator''s supervision, ensure all schools under the Company''s sponsorship for a designated state, are in compliance with all guidelines state and federal USDA regulations as they pertain to the Child and Adult Care Food Program.Exemplary organizational skillsAbility to train and educate personnelAttention to detailComputer literate and enjoy working with computersEnjoy working with the publicExcel in managing a heavy workloadWorking knowledge and/or willingness to learn state/federal CACFP regulationsAbility to audit invoices and track purchasesRequires travel, some overnight Review records for accuracy, deficiencies and editing for each school participating in the CACFP.At the end of each week and/or as required by the Coordinator.Notifies the Program Coordinator of schools that do not comply with program requirements.Notifies the school Director, District Manager and Program Coordinator of the claim status by the 10th of each month.Submit an accurate claim for reimbursement to the Program Coordinator no later than the 20th of each month.Ensure that all supporting documentation for the claim is available and accurate.Maintain all CACFP files in an organized system for easy review by the state auditors/consultants.Conducts mandatory on site reviews according to monitoring schedules.Ensures that all supporting documentation for the claim is available and accurate.Ensures that each site complies with licensure and approval requirements according to regulations.Ensures that each site does not discriminate against any child because of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.Contacts appropriate agency and appropriate company personnel if determination was made of an imminent threat to the health and safety of the participants.Ensures that on site follow-up reviews are conducted within the required time frame.Ensures that correct procedures are implemented to prevent serious deficiencies, according to findings during visit.Provides technical assistance to each school as needed.Maintains appropriate documentation of corrective action with a problem school.Follows procedures for maintaining and reporting all monitoring activities to the program coordinator.Maintains appropriate documentation for reviews and required corrective action for each school.Participates in annual training for management personnel.Maintain a positive working relationship with state/local personnel.
