Benefits include up to $25,000 welcome bonus for full time, along with tuition reimbursement and loan repayment.Our Lutheran Hospital Cardiac Telemetry department has a total of 48 beds. This is a medical surgical telemetry unit with a medium to high acuity patient level with concentration in monitoring critically ill with an electrocardiogram and other measuring devices to assess patient blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rhythms, recording and interpreting the data, working closely with the physician. This department utilizes a module buddy format which strengthens the cohesiveness of the team.
