Company paid Life Insurance401(k) planCompany-provided paid training.Paid vacationPaid holidays-Flexible work scheduleResponsibilities - Express Service Technician:Perform Electronic multi-point vehicle inspection including fluids, battery, brakes, belts, tires, etc.Perform light line maintenanceChange or top off all fluids, check/change oil filterChange, mount, and balance tires, and repair tires.Check tire pressure and add air as neededMaintain dealership records and provide recommendations to customers regarding their vehiclesLearn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technologyCommunicate with service advisors for the description of vehicle problems, discuss work to be performed, and any anticipated future repairs.Keep training up to date.Responsible for keeping the shop area neat and cleanQualifications/ Requirements - Express Service Technician:Auto repair experience preferred but willing to provide complete training.90% of our main shop techs started in our Express Lane, in time they move up to the main shop with paid training to do so. Our average employee tenure is over 10 years.Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceBasic hand tools are required.
