Job Description: As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Strategic Vendor Management and Tech Partnerships Lead, this role will be responsible for working closely with external partners developing and managing relationships to advance the digital agenda of Consumer Health. In close collaboration with procurement, this role will support all aspects of the vendor relationship from contract drafting to contract closure and exit management. This role will continually manage new and ongoing relationships with vendors by defining governance structures, tracking action items to completion, and reporting on vendor service levels against performance metrics. This role facilitates the development and tracking of business cases to ensure value realization from external partners to drive speed, agility, and growth. Roles and Responsibilities:Develops and manages relationships with external suppliers and vendorsDefines supplier governance structures and standard processes & procedures for managing relationships with external vendorsTracks and manages action items across multiple vendors to facilitate the completion of critical tasksMitigates risks and issues through proper escalation and managementWorks closely with Procurement to support vendor contract management (Pre-contract execution support, contract drafting, and negotiation, contract administration/management, contract change order management)Manages financial budgeting and forecasting and is responsible for volume discounts and spending trackingSupports the setup, validation, and tracking of the vendor invoice processTracks vendor performance by defining performance metrics and creating dashboards to properly report and assess service levelsFacilitates vendor value realization through business case development and continual business case tracking and reportingManages supplier deliverables and obligations compliance and conducts regular risk assessments and supplier reviews to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance QualificationsRequired Competencies:Five plus years of experience in vendor relationship management and third-party management principles/best practicesExperience with continuity planning and risk mitigation development with suppliersExperience in capacity planning, cost reduction approaches, and lead time reductionExperience managing vendor relationships and leading contract negotiationsKnowledge of risk-based vendor management and triageExcellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in project management to facilitate the tracking and completion of critical tasks Primary LocationUnited States-New Jersey-New Brunswick-One Johnson & Johnson PlazaOther LocationsNorth America-United States-New Jersey-SkillmanOrganizationJohnson & Johnson (6067)Job FunctionInfo TechnologyRequisition ID2206065083W
