You''ll work closely with your client to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You''ll mentor teammates and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers to help leadership make informed decisions. You Have: * 5+ years of experience in the data science field, including providing analysis and advice * 2+ years of experience with Python or R * 2+ years of experience with statistics and predictive modelling * Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data transformation and data reduction / manifold te chn iques * Knowledge of feature engineering to support statistical modeling workflows * Knowledge of dimensionality reduction te chn iques, including PCA, NMF, and t-SNE, as well as their use-cases * TS / SCI clearance * Bachelor''s Degree Nice If You Have: * Experience in the intelligence community c ond ucting all-source intelligence * Experience with local computer clusters, including Dask or equivalent * Experience in working with and applying NLP models * Experience with the preparation and development of senior leadership level background papers, reports, and speeches * Experience with visualizing data and producing high quality graphs and charts via Matplotlib, seaborn, ggplot, or equivalent framework * Knowledge of so cia l sciences, quantitative historical analysis * Knowledge of feature selection for so cia l statistics models * Knowledge of model explainability and how transformation / modeling te chn iques can impact explainability * Ability to learn new programming languages * TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph * Master''s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS / SCI clearance is required.
