Our Neuro Transitional Rehab is for patients that need a longer transition before they go home. The facility is made up of 9 suites where patients live full time as they learn to adapt to tasks, environments, and challenges that they will encounter daily.Select Medical complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Responsible for provision of therapeutic recreation intervention for an assigned caseload. Ensures all patients are oriented to recreation therapy and provides hospital wide leisure, social and divergent programs. Serves as an educator to patients on community resources.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBaccalaureate Degree in Therapeutic Recreation required.Current national certification from NCTRC as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) required.Should have certified experience in a medical setting.
