RN SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION RN SUPERVISORS are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From being in the field interacting with clients, caregivers and referral sources, RN Supervisors scope of responsibility is varied and rewarding. A mix of Client home visits, client service plan reviews, Caregiver/Client satisfaction follow up, social services, and customer service. RN Supervisor Duties: * Conduct home visits with clients/caregivers * Review client/caregiver documents * Support office staff * No hands on patient care Requirements RN SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS Essential Skills/Qualities: * Current NJ RN License * Nurturing ability (Caring, empathetic, compassionate) * Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and pleasant phone manner * High level of emotional intelligence * Creative problem solving skills * Organized and detail oriented; good documentation skills. **This is a part-time role.
