About the TeamAs the Senior Manager of Consumer Retention, Marketing Platform you will lead the team''s product roadmap and own channel health goals such as reachability, frequency, and quality of communications. In this position you will create innovative solutions to key pain points of campaign creation and delivery ultimately saving time and money while improving consumer retention. You will develop best practices to maximize our impact of campaigns across all consumer segments and lead rollout plans across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and has a proven track record of partnering with product and engineering to build marketing platform solutions. You must have a strong base in CRM tools, campaign strategy and creation, data-driven problem solving, and process management. What You''ll Do Lead the vision for the Consumer Retention product roadmap create best-in-class retention marketing campaigns across all owned channels (email, push, in-app) and promotionsIdentify key pain points and create solutions in partnership with product and engineering that will save millions of dollars, reduce build time, and deliver targeted, personalized campaigns at scaleCreate roll out plans of new features; surface future feature opportunities from operational testsDevelop and own foundational goals such as reachability, frequency, and channel healthBuild and manage a small CRM team to own strategic projects that span customer segmentsPartner daily with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Finance Drive the evolution of our governance process and capabilities to ensure consumers receive the most relevant, high quality outreach from DoorDashQualifications 6+ years experience in relevant marketing roles with experience managing teamsDeep expertise with CRM technology including ESPS, Marketing Automation platforms and other CRM toolsExperience working directly with product and engineering teams to create scalable retention marketing tools.Analytical and data driven with demonstrated ability to turn insights into actionable tactics, measure outcomes, and articulate impact Built strong internal relationships and unified large cross-functional teams around goalsPassion for increasing value and improving the customer experience- for our consumers and our internal teamsAbility to think and perform both tactically and strategically with strong attention to detailAbout DoorDashAt DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users"”from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers.
