Our newly-established and growing client in the property management industry is looking to hire an HR Business Partner for their team in Coppell! If your passion is people, building and implementing policies, and all things HR, this might be the role for you!This role is 100% onsite, in a fun, laid back office environment. The HR Business Partner will provide overall support and collaborative efforts in building the HR function from the ground up. This role will implement HR initiatives and policies that will advance organizational and associate effectiveness. The Business Partner ensures seamless service delivery to all levels of associates and leadership in the execution of HR efforts.ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with client group leadership to define and execute business strategies that enable alignment and growth for the businessMonitors HR activities; conducts team member interviews and meetings to assess current work environment and address questions and issues; investigates team member complaints and facilitates resolution; coaches'' team members in accordance with company philosophies and objectivesPartners with talent acquisition to develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain talentPartners with compensation and L&D to ensure that all client groups'' needs are met in an effective mannerWorks with team members on benefit related inquiriesBrings an objective perspective in managing business problems. Provide insight regarding people, organizational dynamics and the business and translates this insight into sustainable solutionsBe proactive in support of leaders and team members as related to HR matters, and provide HR policy guidance and interpretationResponsible for ensuring employees are on and off boarded in a seamless and professional manner and ensure all compliance requirements are metQualificationsTwo or more years experience serving at an HR Business Partner levelFive or more years in the HR fieldAn undergraduate degree in a related field is highly desiredHR professional certifications are a plusProperty Management industry experience a plusMust have federal, state and local employment law knowledgeProven strength in exercising sound judgement and observing the highest degree of confidentiality.Proven experience with HRIS management tools and ATS software Bilingual ability in English and Spanish a plusMust possess a genuine, service-oriented client engagement approachCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): 80-100K plus bonus
