Description Job Description:The Leidos Civil Group is seeking a mid-level Database Management Technician to join the National Airspace System (NAS) Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team supporting the Washington DC office. The position will provide support to Federal Aviation Administration''s (FAA) Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Management Services Business, Financial Services Directorate, Material Management and Procurement Group, Property Team, (AJG-R24). This group is responsible for ensuring ATO employees have the resources they need to effectively perform their work by providing the following service: equipment and property management/inventory; telecommunications; space management; contracts; travel; supply management, and ad hoc miscellaneous logistical areas in support of the ATO AJG business services function. Position expected to be onsite at FAA in Washington DC one day a week.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Financial Services Directorate requires Website and SharePoint technical support for the director level and all three groups: Development and coordination of Website including but not limited to: Coordination of page content with organizations (Director page, Budget Execution page, Materiel Management and Procurement page, Budget Formulation and Analysis page and all sub-pages) Ensure branding and navigation are in alignment with Management Services protocols Ensure all links to supporting documentation are working Ensure all information is updated as needed and on no less than a monthly basis Develop website ticker tape for various directorate activities such as data calls, budget information, trainings, workspace activities, directorate events, etc. Coordinate all information with Management Services website administrator Development and coordination of SharePoint including but not limited to: Coordination of page content with organizations (Director page, Budget Execution page, Materiel Management and Procurement page, Budget Formulation and Analysis page and all sub-pages) Ensure branding and navigation are in alignment with Management Services protocols Ensure all links to supporting documentation are working Ensure all information is updated as needed and on no less than a monthly basis Coordinate all information with Management Services SharePoint administrator Additional Responsibilities and Performance Criteria Preparation of briefing packages, brochures, handouts, and other materials in various mediums Complete assignments accurately, thoroughly, and within established timelines Plan and use assigned resources appropriately to accomplish tasks; must be able to work on many different projects at one time Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to communicate verbally in writing to achieve required outcomes Ability to coordinate across various levels of the organization Utilize various sources including websites, systems, SharePoint, to gather data on related topics in order to communicate connectivity to documentation and identify any potential areas that may be impacted. Basic QualificationsBachelor''s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master''s degree. Considered experienced.Expert in the use of Office 365, SharePoint Extensive knowledge of web design and development Extensive knowledge and experience in system administration of Websites and SharePoint Experience in developing SharePoint, KSN pages. Proficient in all other Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Outlook, Teams, etc. Proficient in Adobe Pro, Visio Non-disclosure agreement required Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the FAA/ATO desiredPrevious work experience for/with the FAA is highly preferred.Prior work experience with US government managers, employees and programs.Pay Range:Pay Range $74,750.00 - $115,000.00 - $155,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.Remote
