They need Direct Sales (door-to-door) Sales Associates. Associates will be assigned to engage residential consumers or business clients. Business side has a longer sales cycle but bigger deal value. All Sales Associates will be given pre-determined business development leads to follow up with.Day to Day:FIELD SALES ROLE:Activate the sales strategy for the market areaResponsible for cold calling and prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face, in a high activity sales modelDaily/weekly business reporting and accurate documentation of sales activity are required.Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitorsUse a consultative sales approach to understand customer''s business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solutionManage and develop sales funnel and proactively monitor sales activity against assigned quotaBecome an expert in the competitive environment and be able to communicate regarding competitive offerings while effectively positioning as the best technology choice for assigned prospects/customersProvide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
