Technical Targeting Analyst with Security Clearance

Description Looking for a Technical Targeting Opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) with a background in advanced data-driven methodologies. The TTA will have experience in technical intelligence targeting and collection methodologies (e.g. signals intelligence, business intelligence, etc.), to include collection management, data processing solutions, data science, and technical analysis, as well as target technologies and exposure to digital network and financial network analysis. Other TTA responsibilities include the ability to use a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues (e.g. target analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods) and proficiency in describing collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership. The TTA must have a solid understanding of technical collections and experience creating targeting packages. Our ideal candidate will be able to operate in high pressure, fast-paced environments. Qualifications * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph * Bachelors and 9 + years or more experience as a technical targeting analyst * Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of technical targeting and analysis tradecraft * SIGINT targeting and analysis, including network and financial exploitation * Target-package building experience from concept to cable delivery * Demonstrated ability to recognize and develop innovative solutions and help people connect with resources to optimize the performance of technical targeting analysts * Demonstrated ability to capture requirements and needs to facilitate effective resolution * Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis * Must be a self-starter who excels working in teams and is comfortable in expressing mission needs and requirements to non-TTA personnel * Well-versed in working with tools, data sets, and methodologies * Familiarity with customer databases and communications methods Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
