Join our growing team today! The Quality Assurance Inspector''s primary responsibility is to perform in-process and final components inspections in a heavy manufacturing environment. Proficient in XRF, measurement of machined parts, weld inspections, RA testing, build up confirmation from drawings, and verification of final product meeting the requirements of industry standards and customer specifications. We are looking for candidates with strong work ethic ,a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety. The current opening is on first shift at the East Mill St. facility. Starting pay is dependant on experience. Quality Assurance Job Responsibilities: Verification of incoming materials and components. Proficiently use XRF for material identification Proficiently use calipers and tape measure for inspection of machined parts Verify correct build up from drawings Verify correct welding procedures are used Verify correct surface finishes are met. Complete inspection reports Verify final product meets the requirements of industry standards and customer specifications. Works with production staff and engineers. Communicate concerns to the Quality Manager and General Manager Quality Asssurance Inspector Qualifications: Manufacturing experience, welding and fabrication experience is a plus A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED At least three years'' experience in a quality inspection in a manufacturing environment is preferred Must have strong attention to detail, record-keeping, an exceptional work ethic with a desire to learn Basic math Computer skills Experience reading CAD drawings * Quality Assurance Inspector JOB BENEFITS* Unlimited overtime Vacation, Holidays, Event Tickets, Company Picnics, Profit Sharing, other incentives!
