Rosecrance served nearly 50,000 clients last year.Position Purpose:The Recovery Coach is a leader and motivator for our client. They must possess empathy as well as an ability to think analytically. They enjoy helping others and are well-versed in organization, communication and leadership skills. Above all, we are seeking a Recovery Coach who has a passion for helping those after completing substance use treatment build futures.The Launch to Life program combines carefully designed, proven strategies and programming to help our clients transition successfully into adulthood. Launch to Life is specifically tailored to give young adults a clean slate and the tools necessary to live life well in recovery.
