Total Rewards Project ManagerThe Total Rewards Project Manager will play an integral role in enabling delivery of Talent/HR programs with a specific focus on Total Rewards. The Total Rewards Project Manager will use a broad knowledge of Talent processes and best practices to ensure the timely delivery of projects, ensure communications are managed in a timely fashion and will be called up to provide additional support for Talent, Compensation and Systems projects. Will be required to manage enterprise-wide projects and track deliverables for successful Compensation, Talent and meetings with the this role you willManage scope of projects with leadership and discuss objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.Determine appropriate resources required to complete each project and monitor progress to successful close.Establish and document comprehensive project plans and timelines, which identify, and sequences activities needed.Review project schedules with leadership and other staff that will be affected by the project activities.Create a communication schedule to update stakeholders, including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of projects.Prepare presentations and present status reports for leadership.Contribute to multi-functional Talent/HR data strategy initiatives.Perform other duties as required.You have what it takes if youBachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience2+years in a Project Operations or HR roleProject management experience and a desire to grow this skillset within HRStrong desire to learn about and partner on Compensation and System initiativesAbility to clearly articulate process and data requirements and solutions to both technical and functional audiencesDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentHighly receptive to change, continuous improvement, growth and developmentStrong Analytical ability, acute attention to detailConsideration for privacy and security obligationsExtra dose of awesome if you have PMO CertificationUnderstanding of PMI Project Management process and toolsCornerstone Rewards or similar Total Rewards HCM application experienceEOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
