We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on cleanliness and safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Safely operating machineryThe ability to practice housekeepingReading factory ordersUtilizing basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipmentConsistent quality and count inspection of a productAccurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followedCandidates must have the ability to work overtime as needed DFW-03 WS-03 Schedule Shift start: 3:00PM or 7:00PM or 3:00AM Shift length: 12 hours Monday-Friday with overtime on Saturday/Sunday Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance - available after 30 days Paid time off 401(k) plan Qualifications Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) Must pass background check Can lift 50 lbs Must be at least 18+ years old $1000 new hire incentiveThis bonus will be paid out in three separate installments (day 30, 90 & 180) and is based on meeting company expectations regarding performance and conduct.''
