Customer Success includes customer support and care, professional and business critical services, and renewal sales.Role Summary:The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the support and administration of all projects and programs driven by the Global Technical Support Transformation and Innovation office. This role is the lead project manager responsible for all the planning, executing, and sustaining of projects and programs across Global Technical Support organization. This role includes all aspects project planning and operationalization, project management,dependencies/risks/issuesmanagement, as well as change management. This position drives alignment of senior leaders/executives and ensures decisions are filtered to contributing individual contributors.Responsibilities:This person will need to collaborate and partner with Global Technical Support (GTS) and cross-functional colleagues and senior leaders to overcome potential obstacles, and unforeseen conflict, in order to meet business objectives. A well-qualified candidate should have the ability to:Lead the design and implementation of projects and programs that improve customer retention and success, and enable key performance indicators in the GTS organization to be met/exceededBe responsible for projects and/or programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring completion of projects on schedule and within budgetCollaborate with enablement teams to develop process and training documentation, and communicationsMake decisions based on data and key business goals/prioritiesQualifications:10+ years project and program management experience10+ years customer service experienceAdvanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPointRequires detailed functional knowledge, in-depth company knowledge and overall business knowledgeAbility to quickly respond, efficiently manage time and shift from one task to another while managing daily prioritiesExcellent business communication skills (verbal and written)Advanced problemsolving/troubleshootingskillsAbility to explain complex ideas in simple termsStrong interpersonal skillsDetail-orientedWorks well independentlyAt Veritas, we care about the causes close to your heart and enable you to volunteer, donate, and do good.
