Physician and Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter

Recruits executives and physicians.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESRecruits physicians for medical staff. Recruits executives.Reviews staff requisitions and develops a recruitment strategy and set of selection criteria. Performs recruitment searches via a variety of methods.Reviews applications and resumes, conducts screening interviews, and coordinates credentialing, reference, and background checks of potential candidates.Extracts and compiles data for recruitment metrics and reporting. Compiles and enters candidate and new hire plies with employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring activities.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceEXPERIENCEFive years experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
