Responsibilities Candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced DoD Program Executive Office (PEO) or comparable military environment. Candidate should understand the military (Army) rank structure. Experience in utilizing DoD program management tools, especially Task Management Tool (TMT) is highly desired. Experience supporting a Program Management Office (PMO) within a DoD contract and/or previous Army/other Service Operations is highly desired. Desired PMO experience includes: coordination of employee on and off boarding requirements, management and tracking of end-to-end taskers assigned to the PM DIBS portfolio, operational and administrative support for military and or civilian project manager. Experience in or exposure to private sector emergency preparedness requirements desired. Duties * Position is the portfolio lead for the TMT system, ensuring tasks are appropriately routed, completed, and closed out on time. * Serves as the Initiator and Primary OPR/POC for all taskers that are assigned to PM DIBS portfolio and delegates assignment to Product/Staff teams depending on the nature of the task/solicitation and track progress from task assignment to completion * Provides a cohesive response for the overall task and serves as a SME for coordination as OPR * Providing weekly tasker overview on taskers due this week to all stakeholders during every Tuesday''s Staff Call meetings * Inputs and tracks all approval requests in coordination with Product/Staff teams, PEO and HQDA, including milestone acquisition documents * Provide TMT assistance to PM DIBS staff and portfolio Products. * Supports the OPS Director with the PEO Acquisition Integration Directorate (AID) bi-weekly meetings * Consolidates weekly activity reports (WAR) from the staff and Products for the PM and deputy PM DIBS. Ensure formatting and no administrative errors prior to forwarding to leadership and uploading to SharePoint archives. * Compile inputs for Pentagon Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC) Weekly Update to the Principal Deputy, Assistant Secretary of the Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA ALT) * Position directly supports the Operations Director with DA Civilian personnel, including, but not limited to in/out processing, awards, evaluations, and time keeping. * Tracks telework application packets for DIBS civilian/military personnel as well as work schedule changes and retirement packets * Prepares exception to hire packets for all new hiring actions and tracks civilian hiring statuses across all Products, as well as giving weekly updates to the leadership and updating subsequent changes in the Staff Call chart, and attending bi-weekly HR production meeting with PEO Human Resources Directorate (HRD) * Prepares and submits civilian and military awards, and distributes awards to recipients * Provides back-up assistance to completing accountability reports when the primary POC is out of the office * Provide back-up support for all other OPS tasks * Support other team members with high visibility requests and projects as needed * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * Active DoD Secret , or ability to be approved for a clearance * Bachelor''s degree in a related field * 3+ years of U.S. Army or other DoD experience * Strong client relationship and management skills * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an integrated team with local and remote team members * Ability to maintain flexible work hours (work hours are consistent but occasional ad hoc requirements may necessitate flexible hours) Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * General knowledge of the following applications and concepts: * Microsoft Office Suite * Microsoft Teams * SharePoint * TMT
