Description:Open Bid• Conversion salary midpoint: $135,800 ..must include salary requirements• Location: Richardson TX/ Chicago IL / hybrid (within our guidelines)Required Job Qualifications:* Bachelor Degree and 5 years'' experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 7 years'' experience in data analysis and information reporting data.* 4 years project management experience* Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools / languages.* Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form.* Initiative to solve complex problems; takes an outside in perspective to identify innovative solutions.* May lead functional teams or projects or decisions to support business needs for reporting and insights.* Work with both internal and external data.* Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.* Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.* Support strategic planning and operational design.* Partner regularly with leadership of various levels across the enterprise.* Perform Department/Division initiatives requiring intricate development of technical solutions utilizing Java, SQL, Focus, Teradata, Access, SAS, VB.ent Cognos or ReportNet to analyze data or extract/mine data.* SQL Server, Access DB skills, stored procs., and visualization tools like Tableau.Subset for Platform Solutions* Experience with complex front end and back end development leveraging Power Apps, Sharepoint, Azure Datawarehouse etc* Experience with scripting tools such as Python, Powershell, RJob Purpose:(IT)This position is responsible for providing reporting and analytical data in support of the Enterprise portfolio and IT Portfolio performance to IT and Business leaders; providing IT operational performance data and reporting to relevant parties; identifying, analyzing, and supporting process improvement efforts to reach divisional targets.Job Responsibilities:* Provide subject matter expertise in the definition and usage of Enterprise Portfolio and IT Operations resource, financial, project delivery and portfolio management policies, processes, systems (Clarity, PeopleSoft, B Flex) and data models.* Maintain data extracts and produce standard reports requested, or perform queries providing analytics to PPM, EPMO, business, IT, Operating Committee or BRC Jr. - provided by Dice
