Security Operations ManagerVaccination against the Covid-19 virus is strongly suggested. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, or General industry OSHA 501 certification is preferred. Job Responsibility:● Provide mentorship, coaching, and development to shift supervisors and officers.● Communicate with other managers and clients, offering feedback and input on the security program as a whole.● Track key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.● Work to meet contractual requirements on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.● Assist in the planning and execution security audits and client audits.● Follow and execute directives from the Site Security manager.● Complete investigations, investigative reports and provide executive summaries on incidents.● Make informed decisions based off of security and safety, ensuring that client and Securitas policies are being followed.We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Security Operations Manager. In this role you get the opportunity to lead day to day security operations to achieve specific goals, meet deadlines, and conduct audits. The Operations Manager position is a critical part of overseeing security operations, serving as the first line manager for the supervisor team. A large part of this position is to provide coaching, mentoring, and developing supervisors, officers, and other managers.
