This leadership role is located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program. Learn more about the Sentinel (GBSD) program here. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force''s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.What you will get to do:As the System Test Engineering Manager, you report to the Lab Design, Operation and Test (LDOT) System Test Engineering Lead and will lead a large diverse multi-disciplined team of engineers supporting the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent program. You will be responsible for providing task-oriented direction to your team utilizing management guidelines & general policies. The test planning and execution team is responsible for the integration and testing of both hardware and software at the system level. You will a team to execute the Test Procedure Development and execution process including the development, checkout, peer review, dry-run, and formal execution of system level test procedures as well as Test Summary Reports and Post-Test this role, you will be responsible for:System Level test planning, execution, and program performance for the system test team in the Weapon System- Systems Integration Lab (WS SIL)Supporting cross team, cross IPT, cross functional working groups to ensure efficiency and best practicesThis job will also give you the opportunity to grow the people on your team. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
