Our vision is to become the best water consulting firm in the United States, and we are looking for motivated, talented people to help us reach that goal.We are seeking a senior level Project Manager tohelp execute municipal waterprojects for our Tampa Bay Area clients. As part of our team, you will play an instrumental role in major treatment plant expansions, regional water quality studies, and critical One Water and water reuse projects that will create sustainable and resilient water supplies for the Bay Area.ResponsibilitiesManages the successful execution of waterprojectsPlans, schedules, and conducts engineering work on projects of various sizesApplies acute technical and project delivery knowledge to advise clients throughout the project life cycle and meet or exceed budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality goalsLeads and oversees project teams in the planning, design, construction, and/or commissioning of projects of various sizesSupervises and coordinates the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others who assist with specific assignmentsPrepares reports, technical memoranda, specifications, and cost estimatesMaintains a culture of effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholdersPartners with local business development teams to identify project opportunities and assists with proposal preparation, including project scopes and cost estimatesQualificationsBachelor''s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering15+ years of water project experienceExperience delivering and managing water treatment, water transmission/distribution, water storage, groundwater wells, and master planning projectsRegistration as a Professional Engineer in Florida (or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity within 6 months of employment)Experience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large sized water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standardsStrong verbal and written communication skills.
