We have a dynamic culture with our team members who are encouraged to contribute, change, grow and get rewarded accordingly.We are looking for an eager Supply Chain Analyst to work onsite at our Zeeland Corporate office.This role will provide analytical support, and monitor performance across our Supply Chain, including Demand Planning, Procurement, and Inventory management. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement across our Supply Chain by identifying trends, risks and providing recommendations to improve performance.What will you do as a Supply Chain Analyst?* Develop, and publish KPI''s to measure Supply Chain performance.* Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve service levels while optimizing inventory levels* Collaborate with Sales organization to generate monthly Demand Plan* Maintain demand planning systems to improve forecast accuracy.* Provide Vendor Spend analysis to support procurement teams in category planning* Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.* Work with the IT department to improve the use of technology tools to improve timely metrics and reporting* Perform root cause analysis of demand issues and provide permanent resolutions.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that further streamline our processesWhat would make you a successful Supply Chain Analyst?* Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business field.* 3 to 4 years prior experience in a sales or analytical role* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers* Proficiency in MS Office suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and prior experience with a fully integrated ERP system* Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel a requirement* High-level math skills and the ability to translate mathematical information into concise reports* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude* Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesWe offer competitive wages, shift premium, and benefits.
