Network Perception is seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to develop, launch and manage our NP Academy training unit. Through NP Academy, we want to ensure that all our customers and staff are fully trained and remain up to date on the latest features and functions of our NP View product, as well as how to use it in real world cybersecurity situations. We are also seeking to establish NP Academy as an innovative, revenue generating business unit that will expand upon NP View''s use as an industry standard cybersecurity planning tool among non-customer partners.What You Will Do:Customer Training NP Academy will focus heavily on delivering thoughtful, scalable, and easy-to-use customer training experiences that support each client''s learning journey from new prospect to experienced product user. This work will have an emphasis on driving customer engagement, product adoption, customer success, and user retention. Successful candidates will be able to: Collaborate with multiple departments to build out a world-class customer education strategy and establish a defined learning journey for customers in both pre-sales and post sales environments. Determine the right mix of training offerings, including but not limited to, pre-recorded eLearning sessions, live-webinars, instructor-led trainings, white papers, knowledge base instructions, job aids, curriculum guides, assessments, Q&As, badging, and certifications. Lead internal staff and external vendors in the development, maintenance and enhancement of all training content, material, and the technology systems used to deliver them. Partner closely with the Engineering/Product teams, as well the Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing departments to define training program success criteria, measure progress across user groups, communicate status reports, and identify gaps in training performance. Utilize evaluation tools to proactively seek customer feedback and use this feedback to improve learning experiences and develop new training offerings. Business Unit Innovation & Advancement We are looking for someone with strong business leadership capabilities that can develop strategies and lead an independent sales team/P&L to grow NP Academy as a revenue generating unit among non-customer partners. In this area, the leader of NP Academy will also be tasked with formulating and driving innovation in the structure and manner that training content is delivered. Successful candidates will be able to: Collaborate with other operating units and senior leadership to develop the long-term vision, strategy, and business goals for NP Academy. Formulate tiered delivery plans and pricing models to drive NP Academy as a stand-alone service offering with its own sales team, profit targets and business performance metrics. Manage research and development activities utilizing internal resources and outside partners to develop situational training scenarios that can be experienced and monitored as live simulation modules that emulate real world cybersecurity scenarios experienced by customers and staff. Develop and maintain relationships with industry and academic thought leaders in the cybersecurity space, and track trends in online safety and security best practices in order to constantly evolve NP Academy''s training offers in line with the latest threats. Employee Training NP Academy will also play a critical role in the ongoing training and development of Network Perception staff in line with product updates and enhancements from the point of on-boarding through all future career development stages. Successful candidates will be able to: Create employee training content focused on codifying product knowledge in line with current and updated product offerings, as well as developing professional skills and understanding of topics required to fulfill job functions. Design, implement and facilitate functional learning and development programs consistent with best practices and innovative approaches to address new hire on-boarding, leadership development, new role transitions, and executive leadership promotions. Develop and maintain the technical infrastructure behind all learning programs including the establishment of standardized systems, methods and procedures for delivery, evaluation, measurement, and reporting. Leverage data insights to drive, modify and create future learning offerings. Requirements 10+ years'' experience leading a learning or talent development function for a mid-large sized organization. Bachelor''s degree required, Master''s or advanced degree a plus, with an emphasis on one or multiple of the following fields of study: Instructional Design Learning & Development Organizational Development E-Learning & Distance Education HR Business Management Significant knowledge of and experience with learning management systems and other instructional technologies. Proven competence in instructional design that showcases understanding of adult learning theory with the ability to creatively design, deploy and operationalize innovative learning experiences. Ability to lead the design process for different types of learning from idea generation to program development to program measurement. Ability to work effectively with small and large teams, and successfully communicate ideas and concepts through written, visual, and oral means. Flexibility and versatility in approaching problems with the ability to identify and recommend solutions, work on a variety of projects, and adapt to changing needs. Knowledge and ability to control planning, staffing, budgeting, expenses and other business operations functions.
