Job DescriptionIn this role you will serve as the Agency Program Lead for both CVS Health and Aetna. You will manage program requirements for over 50+ third party vendor staffing relationships to support full time hires for a $177 billion dollar health care company. The TA Manager will be responsible for increasing awareness of no / low-cost sourcing options, reducing agency spend, and reinforcing program protocols / procedures.As the subject matter expert, you will ensure rigor and consistency in a centralized process, provide data insights to TA / business leaders to support more strategic agency utilization, improve oversight to mitigate failed search spend loss, and time savings for Recruiters / Hiring Leaders.You will produce weekly spend metrics reporting for the program. Additionally you will be responsible for processing approved spend invoices to ensure timely vendor payments.As the TA Vendor Manager you will also provide additional program and project support for other functions in the TA Operations team including budgeting, forecasting, and relocation coordination as order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:-Strong attention to detail-Ability to communicate internally and externally-Intermediate to Advanced Excel skillsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
