Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health for an operations role on the Transform Diabetes Care product team. Transform Diabetes Care is an insights-driven B2B solution designed to improve health outcomes for plan members. The product uses member-specific data to drive targeted outreach from multiple engagement channels, including direct mail, email, telephonic outreach, and face-to-face counseling at CVS pharmacies, MinuteClinic stores, and CVS HealthHUB locations.As a high level individual contributor and member of the Technical Operations team, you will responsible for defining/tracking imperative operational metrics in alignment with our engineering and IT partners.You will define OPIs, work with technical partners to build a modality to review the key indicators, and then monitor the ongoing reporting metrics of the live product.Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Aligning with our various matrix partners to define the most appropriate operational key indicators of our product and new features as developed- Working with technical teams to identify the required technical data elements to build reports to track defined indicators- Ongoing review of key performance indicators to proactively identify unexpected results- When issues are identified- problem solving with various teams to size the issue, understand the root cause analysis, understand complete impact to the product, and determine a solution.- Be the main point of contact for various internal and external reporting teams- Working to understand new functionality and leading Quality Control to ensure outputs are aligned with business expectations before being pushed to production.- Support day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, analyzing and triaging complaints related to Data Science model output and end-to-end data flow, retrieving data from the data warehouse to support member specific escalations, and maintain production trackers - Engaging and leading cross-functional teams to drive results: defining requirements, designing solutions, documenting and tracking items to execution against timelines by leveraging product management tools.The team is looking for intellectually curious, independent, and driven individuals excited by the opportunity to change the landscape of chronic condition management. The role requires superior analytical, organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills. To succeed, you will need the highest level of attention to detail, judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.The environment will be, at times, ambiguous and uncertain. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success dealing with this type of fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems and maintaining a customer-centric approach.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in a business analytics or reporting type role (graduate level education may substitute)- Experience working with technical or operational teams- Experience manipulating large datasets to support planned and ad hoc analyses, using SQL, Teradata or similar querying tools.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
