Job DescriptionClaims Senior Audit Life/Ancillary Auditor/ position consists ofproviding quality reports to manual processors regardingLife and Ancillary claims. Communicate to impact.Team collaboration. Manual Life and Ancillary claims audits to ensure proper claims adjudication. Review and assesses appropriateness of document changes in accordance with internal procedures as well as state regulations.Contributes to reviewing claims for adequacy of rootcause, corrections, corrective actions, preventive actionsand effectiveness. Must be excellent problem solver andproactive solution seeker. Ability to work in a fast pacedenvironment. Worked in a previous productionenvironment. Excellent attention to detail; sound judgment;initiative and flexibility. Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills. Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to interact within all levels of organization.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 18.51Maximum: 33.65Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
