Senior UX Researcher

We are seeking a Senior User Researcher in Boston, MA, Dania Beach, FL, Minneapolis, MN, and Bellevue, WA, or potentially remote. The ideal candidate is curious about and empathetic to pets and pet parents and helping them live their best lives . What You''ll Do: Plan and deliver research on complex and ambiguous user needs where the space may not be well defined or understood Test design solutions for existing constructs that may not be well understood Connect and communicate how your work ties to larger business goalsWork cross-functionally to drive consensus and guide the team through filling knowledge gapsIdentify and advocate for key customer needs and business opportunities to put the customer firstPlan, estimate, and conduct complex research initiatives What You''ll Need: 5+ years of experience as a UX researcher, academic researcher, or similar role A track record of delivering high-quality research that delivered results and demonstrate the depth of your research skills, illustrated through case studies Proven experience communicating and presenting complex user needs clearly A proven ability to evaluate the customer and business impact of your research decisions Bachelors Degree in user research or a related field or equivalent professional experience Position may require travel or time in the local office Deliver products and results You use your expertise in research methods to hone the details while keeping the customer needs front and center. You plan your work and identify the right approach to any given researchchallenge, and you use customer outcomes and businessmetrics to holdyourself accountable.Your work drives an impact for research and product innovation.
