iVelocity Marketing, a full-service marketing agency, is expanding its digital advertising team following unprecedented growth in the last year. We are a U.S.-based, remote agency seeking to improve the lives of others through innovative healthcare marketing! The iVelocity agency umbrella includes a business-to-business division (Jairus) and a business-to-consumer division (iVelocity), both focused on marketing within the healthcare industry. The role of Paid Search Specialist supports search, display and video ad campaigns for both divisions - driving new-patient appointment for our iVelocity clients (medical practices) and generating new business leads for our Jairus clients (targeting physicians, medical groups and other healthcare organizations).FLSA: Full-Time | Salaried | Exempt Compensation: Base plus Bonus - $50k - 60k, commensurate with experience. Scope of Position: The Paid Search Specialist works in close partnership with our Account Management team to understand client strategy and execute that strategy for optimal results. Candidates should have Google Ads certification and digital ad experience beyond e-commerce. Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred; experience with landing page development or social media ad campaigns is a plus. Ideal candidates for this role will have at least three years'' experience managing both search, video and display advertising campaigns, including placements via Google Ads and other third-party ad platforms. This position is responsible for developing effective digital ad strategy, identifying keywords, building custom audiences, developing campaigns and setting up conversion tracking. This position oversees the day-to-day health of search, display and video campaigns, with continual performance optimization to ensure results benchmarks are met (primarily lead conversion).Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Building and optimizing paid search campaigns, including ad development, keyword generation, bid management, budget management, and reportingSetting campaign goals, tracking performance, and making changes to support the overall client objectivesAnalyzing campaign data and deriving insights to improve the performance of ad accountsCreating and providing reports of campaign results to both internal and external teamsWorking with other internal teams to ensure a cohesive strategyMonitoring campaign spend levels on a daily and monthly budgetCoordinate regularly with organic SEO division to ensure full spectrum of online marketing strategy is executedOther duties as assignedEducation/Experience: Bachelor''s Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar; or equivalent experience, required.Google Ads CertificationHas a MINIMUM of 3 years'' experience building and optimizing digital ad campaigns, including search, display and video ads on the Google Ads platform. Has experience outside of e-commerce marketing is a requirement; experience in the healthcare industry preferred.Required Skills/Abilities: Experience with using common industry platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. Hands-on knowledge of developing campaigns that are specifically designed to generate quality leads within client''s target CPAA thorough understanding of PPC privacy/editorial policies, especially how they relate to industries of a sensitive natureA passion for establishing benchmarks and goals in order to continuously optimize the performance of client accounts, and holding your team to similar standardsAbility to juggle multiple projects, quickly adjust to unanticipated changes in client priorities, and deliver on requests in a timely fashion.Benefits to working with iVelocity Marketing:A growing team environment that is open to your ideas and encourages innovation.We offer health, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401K.You will need to provide your own laptop.We are a remote company.
