We are looking for an innovative leader with exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills who is passionate about playing a key role in supporting Edward Jones'' strategic journey toward Human-Centered Complete Wealth Management.As a Change Lead, you will be a trusted advisor working with senior leaders. This role is an opportunity to define and deliver business outcomes (get results through others, delegation, provide coaching and feedback) and an opportunity to manage up and influence other leaders. It requires experience with transformational work as well as a high degree of strategic thinking, planning, organizing, driving for results, and adapting to change. At Edward Jones, you are expected to not only have a tremendous impact in transforming our client experience, but also take a leading role in shaping the organization''s future.The Sr. Change Consultant leads execution on medium to high-risk efforts that support the firm''s core strategies and may also design and lead end-to-end change strategy on medium-risk/medium-complexity change initiatives.Key Roles and Responsibilities Lead the execution of change management strategy, with minimal supervision, on medium- and high-risk, high complexity efforts that support the firm''s core strategies, leveraging the firm''s Change framework, methodology, systems and tools to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with other capabilities. Design and lead end-to-end change strategy, with minimal supervision, on medium-risk/medium-complexity change initiatives, leveraging the firm''s Change framework, methodology, systems and tools to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with other capabilities. Leverage strategic consultations skills to coach/advise and influence strategic decisions of the Sponsor (executive level), Steering Committee, business leaders, and integration groups on people-related change strategies and change risk mitigation approachesDemonstrate strong flexibility, execution, and consultation skills to anticipate and respond to shifts in strategy as warranted, leveraging data and stakeholder input to adjust the execution plan when necessary. Partner with Business Leader to track and report progress towards sustainable outcomes. Matrixed leadership of multiple change consultants and/or specialists, as well as resources from enabling functions that support the complex change management execution effort. Partner with other areas of change and communications and other enabling functions to plan and deliver a seamless, value-driven experience for our internal partners.
