About this job Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday The Pain Clinic diagnoses and treat all types of chronic and acute pain conditions, including: arthritis, athletic pain, biomechanical conditions, Chronic neck, back pain, complex regional pain syndrome (RSD), compression fracture, facial pain (tic douloureux), fibromyalgia, headaches (cervicogenic and occipital), herniated disc. internal disc disruption, musculoskeletal, neuropathic pain (nerve pain), pelvic and abdominal pain, post-operative pain, sacroiliac , joint pain, sciatica, scoliosis, shingles, spinal stenosis, spondylosis/spondylolisthesis. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the effective delivery and management of patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the standards of nursing practice. This includes assessment and reassessment, identification of problems and strengths, planning of interventions and the evaluation and documentation of outcomes of the nursing care provided. This includes the involvement of the patient and/or significant other(s) and is in collaboration with the healthcare team. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient(s) as indicated. Scheduled Hours Per Diem, Days Qualifications: Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Required Current RN license in the state of MA. American Heart Association (BLS) Certification Knowledge and Skills 1-year RN Medical/Surgical or Critical Care experience.
