As a Solution Consultant (SC) on the services team you will be responsible for implementing the Ready SaaS product for our clients. Additional responsibilities include: Engaging, post-sale, with our clients to understand their business needs regarding the UKG Ready Human Capital Management application Leveraging your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs Utilizing your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution to fit clients needs Working cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects Acting as the subject matter expert for clients on the Ready product Staying up to date on the latest product features and functionality Driving consistency into Ready delivery practices by leveraging their implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organizationQualifications The following backgrounds are strongly preferredo Military veteran honorably dischargedo Military spouseo Returner looking to re-enter the workforce after illness or time off as a caregivero Previous work experience in a different field or industryo Unemployed or underemployed with recently completed training, degree or certification in software implementation, configuration, selling, consulting or similar Interest in HR/Payroll domain Previous work experience in a customer facing role demonstrating empathy Demonstrated leadership experience taking charge of situations and leading through influence Adept at collaborating with others to achieve mutual goals in a fast-paced environment Results oriented individual with experience driving toward successful completion of deliverables A resourceful and creative thinker who is motivated to solve complex problems Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to de-escalate situations by taking ownership and focusing on moving toward resolution Ability to travel on occasion (Recruiter can provide more insight) Must be willing to work eastern/central hoursCompany OverviewHere at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
