As Sr Manager of Omni Marketing - Digital Content, you''ll lead content strategy, operations and performance monitoring to ensure our brands are represented and optimized for findability and conversion on our customer sites. We''re looking for someone who has in-depth experience managing the day-to-day of retail content syndication working directly with customer accounts, external agencies and 3P partners including Salsify, Syndigo, Nielsen Brand bank, Label Insights and more. Practical experience managing channels, catalogs and workflows is required. As the Manager Omni Marketing you''ll play an integral role in bringing equity and promotional content to life on the digital shelf. HERE''S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING Hunger for Digital - Responsible for the end-to-end management of digital shelf content creation and syndication for two of our categories, including many well-known, iconic brands. Efficient Systems - Contribute to maintaining and using our syndication platforms (Syndigo, Salsify, Label Insights and others) to ensure content is accurate and optimized and to improve future ways of working Purposeful Partnership - Collaborate with sales, key agency partners and other stakeholders to ensure content is optimized for search and conversion. Teamwork is Key- Contribute to the team responsible for all aspects of retail digital shelf including, strategy, execution, project management and reporting Customer Committed - Dedicated to managing the digital shelf, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and bringing our brands to life online. The other part will be spent executing technical projects in Salsify and other syndication channels while improving the efficiency of how our systems are performing. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Required: BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital shelving. Experience with syndication, review & content analytics platforms preferred The ability to influence others and drive ideas through to action Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgement and demonstrated project management experience from the technology, media, or CPG industries Energy and passion, a self-starter who is willing to operate at highly strategic as well as very tactical levels given the start-up nature of the business Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences. Bonus Points: Consumer products goods (CPG) experience Extensive use of Salsify, Syndigo, Label Insights, Brand bank and others Has experience with DAM or PIM systems. Technical background.
