Job Description: Interface Implementation and Support, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst, AI Coding InitiativeOverview of PositionInterface Implementation and Support Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst will work on exciting and innovative projects. Will be responsible for deeply understanding the business in multiple functional areas and across business units, as well as understanding the project requirements. They will maintain relationships with the business both internal and external customers, to drive the interface requirements of the project to success. As an interface analyst, you are responsible for managing all aspects of implementing and supporting interfaces with clients/vendors. You will collaborate with the project management team to identify interface requirements, map data elements, perform interface configuration and data set up, conduct testing and validation. Ability to communicate between revenue cycle operational resources and IT technical/development resources (both internal and external customers) to meet the requirements of the interface project. Gather the requirements and create workflows to map current state to future state, documenting future state of the IT specifications. Conduct interface requirements and design meetings with customer IT Teams and project team. Document the testing plans with test case scenarios to quality interface outcomes resulting in accurate charge build and accurate claims generation. Manage and communicate technical timelines (design, build, test) to project team to ensure timelines are communicated and align with the larger project. Provide feedback to project team on any risks to timelines/ quality / re-design of requirements. Act as Interface technical support through all phases of the implementation. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Responsible for managing interfaces for changes, updates, and upgradesProvide support of interfaces with data issues and/or file deliverDocument problem, resolution and escalation decisions trees following the project policy & procedures guidelines. Assist and provide training / support for internal support teamsAnticipate and proactively respond to internal and external customer needs to ensure reported issues are documented in detail and resolved or properly assignedProvide critical incident documentation including root cause analysis and retrospective reviews if needed.Walk users through troubleshooting and resolution processUtilize and monitor the incident tracking system and provide high level analytic reporting and support as needed by the project team. Communicate high priority items to project/product teams. What are the requirements needed for this position?Years of experience: 8+ years experienceEducation: BS in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experiencePhysician Requirements: General office demandsWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Healthcare system HL7 messaging understanding (Implementation/Conversion/Projects)Knowledge of SAFE/Agile and incident tracking systemsPractical experience with relational databased (e.g., Oracle, SQL, and Excel)Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Access and Visio, Aha!Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, coding, and billing, EMR systemsDemonstrates excellent listening, communication, and facilitation skillsProven ability to analyze, design, and optimize system processes and integrationsPrior experience leading/managing testing projects, including end to end test plans and test casesAbility to quickly learn new technologies and apply this knowledgeAbility to independently work on multiple simultaneous projectsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong organization skillsJoin our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system! Colorado Residents Only: The base pay range for Colorado residents is $21.56 - $39.68 plus any relevant incentive pay programs that may be aligned to the role.
