This role serves as the primary NA acquisition Total Rewards point of contact for our V&A HR Partner teams (V&A HR Compensation contacts, Client HR Account Leads, V&A HR DE Leads) and NA Compensation Partners. This position is responsible for providing Total Rewards expert perspective in support of deal teams to assess the compensation transition from cut-over to alignment with Accenture standard compensation programs and processes.Job DescriptionSubject-matter expert on Accenture NA Total Rewards philosophies and principlesAct as a day-to-day compensation interface for V&A HR Compensation contacts, V&A HR Deal Execution (DE), and NA Comp PartnersAdvise the HR V&A DE Lead on compensation transition strategies and approachesProvide Total Rewards solution supportCoach on individual side-by-side compensation solution comparisonsCoach on transition of non-standard programs to Accenture standardApprove base and bonus solutionsSubject-matter expert on V&A activities and processes as it relates to and impacts NA CompensationProactively track and disseminate key V&A information to NA Compensation on a frequent and ongoing basisEnsure accurate and detailed documentation and tracking of deal informationDirect and manage the delivery of work from team; provide coaching and growth opportunitiesLead the development and enhancement of materials and toolsDeliver training on tools, materials, and processesDeveloping and delivering compensation analyses related to V&A activityCommunicate trends and updates to V&A leadership and key stakeholdersIndependently manage and own relationships and deliverablesIdentify and implement strategic tools and processes to provide visibility to deal teams to assess information and make business recommendations for rewards and retention programsContinuously seek to improve and enhance, including enjoying creative problem-solving and feeling comfortable questioning the status-quo, while recommending alternative solutionsBalance working with clients in a collaborative and empathetic manner, while adhering to, and applying strategic and established compensation principles and processesDemonstrate strong project management and organizational skillsBasic Qualifications:College degreeMinimum of 8 years of relevant Compensation experiencePreferred Qualifications:CCPCollaborate effectively whilst providing expert advice and guidanceRisk identification, analysis and management as well as solution development or escalationExperience identifying lessons learned and process improvements to support continuous improvementProven track record as a manager with success in leading and inspiring teamsExperience in a large, multi-national organization or consultancyExperience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environmentAdvanced Excel (e.g., large data manipulation, formulas, pivots, synthesize, extract, multiple versions)Strong PowerPointStrong project managementStrong analytics/analytical skillsProfessional Skills:Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and competing prioritiesDemonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilianDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilianAs required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $227,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
