This position is an academic year appointment. For more information about working at the University of Arizona and relocations services, please click here.Duties & Responsibilities • Oversee all recruiting operations and logistics• Responsible for all coaches'' individual recruiting travel- including all transportation and housing• Responsible for maintaining and updating all coaches'' recruiting travel as needed• Organizes recruits'' game schedules throughout the year (high school and club teams); especially during Evaluation Periods• Organizes recruiting mailings and graphics• Assists heavily with all recruiting efforts; including Official and Unofficial visits• Responsible for camps/clinics outreach and organization• Assists with organization of all community outreach efforts for team throughout the year• Manage and update recruiting database (ARMS)• Organizes and assists with all social media efforts• Demonstrated experience utilizing graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop) and strong computer skills with thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Applications• Develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations• Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Possession of strong organizational skills; must be prompt and efficient• Understanding of NCAA, Pac-12, and University of Arizona rules and compliance• Written and oral communication skills• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a positive demeanor• Ability to work in an environment driven by deadlines and attention to detail• Ability and desire to accurately perform detail-oriented tasks and work with basic office software and database programs• Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to plan, establish priorities and successfully manage multiple priority projects • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, and project a positive, professional attitudeMinimum Qualifications Bachelor''s DegreeOne year full-time NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics experienceMust be available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience Recruiting at the Division I level FLSA Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Number of Hours Worked per Week 40 + nights and weekends Job FTE 1.00 Work Calendar Academic Job Category Athletics Benefits Eligible Yes - Full Benefits Rate of Pay DOE Compensation Type salary at 1.0 full-time equivalency (FTE) Type of criminal background check required: Name-based criminal background check (non-security sensitive) Number of Vacancies 1 Target Hire Date Expected End Date Contact Information for Candidates Suzy Mason[Click Here to Email Your Resumé] Open Date 7/29/2022 Open Until Filled Yes Documents Needed to Apply Resume, Cover Letter, and One Additional Document Special Instructions to Applicant Please submit Cover Letter, Resume, and OneAdditional Document with application.
