What Youll DoThe Whole Health Consultant is responsible for identifying and implementing Whole Health Practice strategies for the EB department national market, working closely with the Director of EB Operations and Market Leaders. This individual will be a resource for our teams, clients, and prospects. Their consulting will focus on the total wellbeing of an individual to include physical health, mental health, financial health, and social connection. Supports and demonstrates IMAs core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates. Help to create and lead the IMA Whole Health Practice to establish consistency in client/prospect deliverables across all IMA markets Conduct thorough research of workplace health industry trends, vendors, and initiatives to develop creative and innovative strategies to support the whole employee Establish measurement of Whole Health strategy through analysis of data through IMA People Analytics (powered by Cedargate) and reporting on engagement Create content, white papers, and employee facing material work closely with Marketing & Creative teams to finalize and distribute Educate clients & teams on emerging trends and the application of Whole Health concepts Work collectively with the IMA benefits service teams to integrate Whole Health strategies with benefit program strategies level of engagement will vary based on size and revenue of client; responsibilities may include: Development of multi-year Whole Health program strategy in collaboration with Client Prepare related material and participate in client and prospect meetings Review vendors, carrier wellness budgets, etc. and provide recommendation Ensure Whole Health program is compliant with ACA/EOCC/ADAAA/GINA regulations Support Whole Health vendor and carrier management from initial evaluations through potential partnerships and preferred pricing Act as liaison to Whole Health technology partners (e.g. IMA Benefits App powered by Strive, BenefitPitch), working closely with Benefits Leadership to improve engagement Develop, execute, and train on related internal processes Key contributor to IMA Innovation Specialist team Utilizes agency management system for generation of client stewardship reports, data analysis, and other types of client reporting You Should Have: Five to ten years of similar or related experience Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally Strong project management skills Proficiency with Microsoft products (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to analyze, interpret and present data Limited travel required (less than 25%) Bachelors degree required, with degree in health/wellness related field preferredThis Job Description is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities comprising this position.The IMA Financial Group, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
