In this role you help clients develop learning strategies to achieve business outcomes. You are responsible for understanding the clients operating environment, business strategy, and helping the client design learning and collaboration approaches. You work with the Business Interlock management team and client on learning planning, needs analysis, curriculum design, and end to end learning project management.You will serve as an interlock between the client and Accenture teams. You will validate training needs, identify and review source content, and design and recommend learning solutions to the client. You will work with Accenture instructional designers and media teams to ensure they have the proper inputs to produce quality deliverables. You will schedule and support training kick offs, maintain project status, and lead client status meetings. You will maintain strong collaboration with all parties, communicating across the global team, ensuring deliverable milestones are met, status is communicated, and client goals are achieved.A successful candidate will bring exceptional client relationship skills, curriculum planning experience, strong project management, and a spirit of innovation and agility that matches our clients fast-paced, technical, and entrepreneurial culture. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - 108,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
