The Occupational Therapist - As Needed is responsible for evaluating, establishing and implementing the plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part. $39.96/hr minimum - $59.94/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications) Responsibilities • Performs thorough evaluation • Develops appropriate Plan of Care • Implements Plan of Care • Documentation is accurate, complete and timely • Provides supervision to assistants, rehab techs, and students Qualifications • Bachelor''s degree in Occupational Therap • Illinois license in Occupational Therapy or eligible • BLS • COVID and Flu vaccinations PIQrehab PandoLogic.
