This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.What''s in it For You:The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growthThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestThrive in a company that values sustainability, and drives a safety-focused cultureComprehensive benefits package starting day 1 of employment- medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, and more!What You Will Do:Work with equipment including rotating equipment, pressure vessels, piping, and compressorsTroubleshoot equipment for mechanical issues affecting reliability and work with crafts to implement improvementsConduct equipment performance evaluationsDevelop and track key KPI''s for the maintenance department to assess manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for process improvementsEvaluate maintenance plans (PM''s) and procedures for all critical equipment inspection tasks to identify gapsCreate maintenance procedures where needed, otherwise update existing systemsChampions the mechanical integrity programPerform engineering design workApply engineering theory, practices, and principles to lead equipment root cause failure analysisReview mechanical designs for plant and capital projects to ensure accuracy of design and to become familiar with the new assetsProvide input to plant outage plans & support execution of plant outagesWork within the management of change processDevelop cost estimates and follow construction of projectsMaintain open and effective communications with operations, maintenance, material control, and other work groupsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in mechanical engineering5+ years of reliability engineering experienceImmigration Sponsorship is not available for this role.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of ASME, API and ABSA pressure vessel codes and standards.Knowledge of tap root, 5-why, MTBF analysisAbility to manage multiple priorities and projectsStrong problem analysis skillsAbility to work with minimal guidanceExperience with rotating equipmentStrong communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to build a strong relationship with craftsEnjoys working in cross-functional teamsAbout ChampionX:ChampionX is a global leader in providing chemistry programs and services, drilling technology, artificial lift solutions, and automation technologies for the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
