Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Process Mechanical BIM Designer, we''ll count on you to support the preparation of Design Plans for Water related Process Piping facility projects. Lead BIM model production as for Water related Process Piping facility projects. Lead AutoCAD and Revit standards implementation for projects. Design and model process equipment and perform elementary process design of piping systems for utility, industrial, and institutional power and energy facilities using Revit. Prepare engineering drawings for piping systems, equipment arrangements, piping isometrics, and other detailed drawings required for construction under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. Prepare BIM executable plans (BIMxP). Coordinate models with other project disciplines. Create and update Navisworks files. Perform other duties as needed.QualificationsRequired Qualifications Strong software skills in Revit, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD. An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must. 5 years experience as a mechanical designer. Fully vaccinated for COVID-19. This position requires onsite client visits, or, this position will be co-located at the client site. The client requires all contractors/consultants/vendors who work or visit the site be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm Experience and familiarity with: Database familiarity, Bentley Projectwise. Revit Family creation. BIM 360 and other BIM Coordination platforms. Project renderings. Clash detection.
