Senior Product Manager

As a senior product manager, youll own the strategy and execution of one end-to-end area within KLASs software product and engineering verticals. Youll be positioned to build-out and mature our software product philosophies and processes as KLAS scales to quadruple its impact within Healthcare IT. Youll be a vital part the KLAS mission as you manage and strengthen our products and bring the skills necessary to produce valuable, usable, and purposeful solutions that increase provider participation, boosts research, strengthens data quality and increases sales. What Youll Do Establish partnerships with business leaders to help them strategize and cultivate new features and projects that align with the product vision and roadmap. Collaborate with customers and internal teams on product development, enhancements, and changes Work closely with internal stakeholders and engineers to write feature epics and detailed stories for the product backlog, defines done and ensures high-quality execution and user acceptance. Cultivate a developer-centric experience via the gathering of user research and analytics insights to ensure user needs are met, observability data is captured and made available for troubleshooting and other use cases. Apply both big-picture design thinking and attention to detail to complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment. Conduct research, competitive analysis, surveys, studies together with UX team to define the user experience and success criteria Responsible for A/B testing efforts and value stream opportunity/solution tree work Responsible for creating a prioritized quarterly and yearly Product Roadmap Drive company vision and communicate deliverables to the development teams Create and measure OKRs with business stakeholders Evangelize product value/scope choices with users and stakeholders across the organization. Foster and spread transparency and build collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders Your Qualifications Significant experience in technology business-to-business marketing, preferably in the area of business intelligence, data, analytics, or data science Experience in building data platform applications, BI dashboards, and demos a major plus; BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent (Product Management, Marketing, Data Analysis) 5 - 7 years experience as a SaaS Product Manager Strong market research skills Adept at working in an agile, fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality work Test-and-learn know-how to measure and refine designs based on user and market data Strong communication and presentation abilities Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in an Agile environment Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required Experience developing business cases with strong analytical problem-solving skills Results-oriented with strong negotiation and decision-making capabilities Experience with API integrations Highly proactive and willing to figure things out Candidates are encouraged to read this article prior to application: Salary range starts at $125,000 annually, depending on experience.
